What to expect when you bring your Mac to Aim High!

  • Minimum service fee is $49 to cover diagnostics and technician’s time and materials for creating repair estimates.
  • Diagnostic fee goes toward your total bill if you opt for service.
  • There are no additional fees for warranty or repair programs covered by Apple.
  • Apple Warranty coverage includes parts and labor for hardware repairs, but does not cover software issues or data management such as backups, malware removal, & password resets.
  • We will offer data backup and recovery options if necessary for computers that are damaged or do not turn on.
  • We will offer additional consulting and training as followup to your repair if needed, for an additional charge.
  • Turnarounds for Apple repairs are typically between 3-7 days. We can expedite repairs for an additional charge.
  • Loaner Macs are available if needed for the duration of your service.
  • In all cases, we strongly recommend having a reliable backup and performing a backup before dropping off for service whenever possible. Use Time Machine with an external drive, or try Backblaze for an easy cloud backup.
